Are you an experience carpenter with a passion for remodeling and restoring homes? If so, ProRANA is looking for you. We are hiring a full time, carpenter who will be a great fit with our team and can work the hours of 7:30am – 4pm Mon – Friday with occasional Saturdays – Primary work radius is within 7 miles of 27587 with some acceptations – The hourly rate starts at $18.00 per hour. Personal Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in residential remodeling
Strong work ethic with excellent attendance
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Posses basic hand tools – Tool belt, hammer, tape measure, speed square & utility knife
Have strong verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize while managing time and helpers effectively
Represent ProRANA in outstanding manner at all times
Be aware of and respectful to clients and their property
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be comfortable working heights up to 30′.

Job Description:

Duties include using, supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment.
Assist Carpenters with carpentry tasks such as demolition, framing structures, installing doors & windows etc.
Manual labor for projects such as site preparation, digging footings and demolition.
Operate hand and power tools as required.
Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.

Compensation:

Competitive wage commensurate with experience
Paid Holidays after 90 days – New Years, Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas
Health Insurance
Paid Vacation – 1 week after 1 year
Work Shirts – 6 per year – Provided after 30 days of employment
