We are hiring a full time, lead carpenter who will be a great fit with our team and can work the hours of 7:30am – 4pm Mon – Friday with occasional Saturdays – Primary work radius is within 7 miles of 27587 with some acceptations – The hourly rate starts at $25.00 per hour.  If you feel this is you please read on and apply!

Personal Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in residential remodeling
  • Strong work ethic with excellent attendance
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation
  • Posses basic hand tools – Tool belt, hammer, tape measure, speed square & utility knife
  • Have strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize while managing time and helpers effectively
  • Represent ProRANA in outstanding manner at all times
  • Be aware of and respectful to clients and their property
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be comfortable working heights up to 30′.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship and effective communication
  • Willing and able to interact and build relationships with diverse clientele and coworkers 
  • Work with, manage and educate helpers & laborers to optimize their efficiency 
  • Manage assigned projects and execute them according to work orders, blueprints or oral instructions
  • Perform demolition and carpentry tasks, to include framing, doors, windows, and interior and exterior trim etc
  • Able to effectively communicate with management an issues as they arise
  • Seek additional responsibility and guidance from management as needed to enhance existing skills and learn new skills
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
